After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, he began his career in the courtroom as a felony prosecutor for the Jackson County District Attorney’s Office. He was promoted to Senior Assistant District Attorney after establishing himself as an accomplished trial attorney. Years in the DA’s Office gave him the opportunity to form valuable relationships with law enforcement, prosecutors, judges and other attorneys. Nick’s insight, trial experience, and understanding of the justice system make him especially qualified to fight for your Constitutional rights and to defend you in court.
Since entering private practice, Nick has also been drawn to family law. Divorce, child custody, child support and other family law issues often require extensive litigation in the courtroom. Not only does Nick’s courtroom experience make him well-suited to argue your case in court, he truly enjoys going to court to fight for his clients’ rights and best interests. Having two children of his own, Nick understands the importance and emotional stress associated with family law cases and he uses that perspective to help you through the process as smoothly as possible.
